The basics
What is Lync?
Lync is a financial ecosystem with intelligence at its core — a financial institution in its own right, not just software sitting on top of one. Banking rails, payments, cards, crypto and treasury come together in a single ecosystem, run by an AI core that understands your finances end to end and acts on them. One institution, one intelligence — across everything your money does.
Is Lync a bank?
No — Lync isn't a bank, but it isn't just software either. It's a financial ecosystem that provides its own banking rails: multi-currency accounts, IBANs and local payment rails, delivered through licensed, regulated institutions. You run on Lync's own infrastructure rather than plugging in outside bank accounts. On the payments side, though, merchants can connect their existing acquirers and PSPs straight into Lync's smart payment orchestration.
How is Lync different from the tools I already use?
Most tools solve one slice — an account, a card, a gateway, a dashboard — and leave you to stitch them together. Lync is the whole thing under one ecosystem: banking rails, payments, cards, crypto and treasury, with an AI core running across all of it. And it isn't static software — it keeps getting smarter, expanding into new rails and markets, and quietly protecting your money by catching risk, fraud and inefficiency before they cost you. One ecosystem that grows with you, instead of a stack you keep patching.
Who is Lync for?
Businesses that move real money across currencies, rails and payment providers — from scaling companies to established operators, including regulated and high-risk industries that need serious payments infrastructure and don't get it from off-the-shelf tools.
Intelligence & control
Does the AI move my money on its own?
No. The AI's actions are scoped to you, and anything that touches money is suggestive: it prepares and recommends, but you approve and initiate every transfer yourself. Full autonomy isn't something the regulatory environment allows yet — and the moment it does, rest assured Lync intends to be the first to enable it, safely and on your terms.
Can I keep my current payment providers?
For payments, yes — your existing acquirers, PSPs and gateways can plug straight into Lync's smart payment orchestration and keep working, now routed intelligently across the best option for each transaction. Banking rails work differently: those run natively on Lync's own infrastructure rather than connecting outside providers, so everything sits on one consistent, regulated foundation.
What do I need to get started?
A business that moves money, and a few minutes to tell us how you operate. Lync handles onboarding, KYC/KYB and setup — so you're connected without the usual paperwork.
Access & pricing
When does Lync launch?
Lync is rolling out in phases — starting with a working core and adding rails, services and intelligence over time. See the
roadmap for what ships when, and join early access to get in first.
How do I get access?
Join the waitlist or request early access. We're onboarding the first companies in stages and will reach out with next steps — early-access partners help shape what ships next.
How much does Lync cost?
Pricing will be shared closer to launch and scales with what you use — no surprise fees. The goal is simple: save you more than it costs. Early-access partners get the first look.
Which regions and currencies do you support?
Lync is built for global business and multi-currency operations from day one, and coverage keeps expanding through launch. Tell us where you operate and we'll confirm exactly what's supported for you.
Trust & security
Is Lync regulated?
Lync operates with regulation and compliance at the core. Banking, payments and crypto services are delivered through licensed and regulated partners, and compliance is built into the platform — not bolted on afterwards.
How does Lync keep my data and money safe?
Security and compliance are foundational, not bolted on. Every institution in the Lync setup is regulated, licensed and vetted for security — we simply don't work with anyone who isn't. Your money sits with those regulated institutions, the AI only ever acts within the controls you set, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with tightly governed access.
