FAQ

Clear answers before the first conversation.

Understand the product model, the control boundary, access and trust before deciding what to explore next.

Basics

What is Lync?
Lync is a financial ecosystem that brings accounts, payments, cards, crypto and treasury into one operating context, with intelligence working across the whole system.
Is Lync a bank?
No. Banking and related services are delivered through licensed and regulated partners. Lync provides the connected operating and intelligence layer around those services.

Control

Does the AI move money on its own?
No. Lync prepares, explains and recommends. Authorized users approve actions that move money.
Can I keep existing payment providers?
The payment-orchestration model is designed to connect compatible acquirers, PSPs and gateways. Exact support is confirmed during onboarding.

Access

When does Lync launch?
Lync is staged around a working core followed by broader rails and deeper intelligence. The roadmap shows the sequence without inventing unavailable dates.
How do I get access?
Submit an early-access request. This prototype stores nothing; a production endpoint is still required.

Trust

Is Lync regulated?
Lync is designed around licensed and regulated service partners. Final entity, jurisdiction and disclosure language requires legal approval before launch.
How is data protected?
The production security and privacy controls must be documented in the final compliance and privacy notices. This prototype does not transmit form data.
